Current Water Test Results

Springate Water Co-op Ltd. conducts an annual water analysis in accordance with the “Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality Summary Table.” The 2 most recent tests are found below. The results were very favorable and no concerns exist with the results of the latest test. Water softners should have their hardness set at  24 to 26 Grains per Gallon (hardness in ppm divided by 17.1).  A microbiology test was done on the well water prior to being chlorinated and the results showed NO signs of e-coli or total coliforms.
